Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours of appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of service booked. 

Refunds/Re-dos

We do not issue refunds.
Instead, if you are unhappy with how your hair came out, please contact Lucky Shear Hair Studio within 7 days and we will happily fix it at no charge.
*Blow dry and style is NOT included with a re-do

Failure to contact Lucky Shear Hair Studio within 7 days of original service, will result in being charged for another service. 

Deposits

Non-refundable deposits are required for every appointment. When making an appointment, the slot will be held for 24 hours, to give the client the opportunity to pay the deposit. Once the deposit is paid, the spot will be secured.

No Shows

Not showing up for your reserved appointment time will result in a 100% charge of service booked. 
*Client will need to leave a credit card on file to reserve future appointments

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten/alter your services according to how much time is left for appointment. 

If you arrive late to your appointment by 30 minutes or more, appointment will need to be rescheduled and appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW, which will result in client being charged full price for service booked. 

Constant Cancellations

If you constantly cancel your appointments with less than 24 hours notice, it will result in having to book "day of" appointments only by contacting Lucky Shear Hair Studio going forward.
